    Policy Documentation

    This Returns and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through morlooma. By placing an order, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below.

    Return Eligibility

    To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

     

    Pristine Condition

    Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition.

     

    Original Packaging

    All original packaging, tags and accessories must be included.

     

    Resale Condition

    The item must be suitable for resale.

     

    No Damage

    Items showing wear, damage, or alteration may be refused.

    Please Note: Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is defective or incorrect.

    Return Timeframes

    Option A

    Change of Mind

    Returns without product issues:

    • Return request within 7 days of receiving order
    • Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

    Option B

    Product Issues

    For defective, damaged, or incorrect items:

    • We cover return shipping costs
    • Request within 30 days of delivery
    • Provide clear photos and description
    • Refund or replacement offered once confirmed

    Non-Received Items

    If you have not received your order:

    Proof of non-receipt may be required

    Replacement shipment or refund issued

    Special Situations

    Refused Deliveries

    If an order is refused and returned to us: refund will only be processed once the returned item has been received. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

    Unauthorized Returns

    Returns sent without prior approval may be refused. Any resulting loss or shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

    Fraud Prevention

    We reserve the right to refuse returns in cases of:

    • Excessive wear and tear or misuse
    • Indications of fraudulent or abusive activity
    • Violation of this returns and refund policy
